Ideas

Our family has been blessed with 50 pounds of gluten free pizza crust mix from Hodgson Mill. I consider this God's provision for us during Vic's slow season in his business. I am however going to be looking for creative ways to use this. We will be having pizza obviously, also breadsticks, hot pockets, facacia bread, and stromboli. As far as pizza toppings I figure we will have BBQ chicken, mushroom, sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, black olives, and cold veggie pizza. I am asking those that follow or look at my blog to send me any ideas they might have with how to use this GF pizza crust mix.
